The EQ Crew Group Curriculum Mini (ages 4-7) is a 6 week group curriculum designed to be used with the Counselor/Educator bundles. Throughout the course of the group, students will work on the 5 core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. In addition to games and activities, every session includes a feeling check-in and breathing exercises to reinforce healthy habits that promote emotional wellbeing.

EQ Crew Mini Includes:

• Digital pre/post tests for students and teacher to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the materials.
