The EQ Crew Group Curriculum Mini and Junior (ages 4-11) are two separate 6 week group curriculums designed to be used with the Counselor/Educator bundles. Throughout the course of the group, students will work on the 5 core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. In addition to games and activities, every session includes a feeling check-in and breathing exercises to reinforce healthy habits that promote emotional wellbeing.

EQ Crew Mini & Junior Includes: 

• Digital copies of each curriculum with detailed instructions and leader notes.

• Digital pre/post tests for students and teacher to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the materials.
