Let's Chill Box: Self-Care and Stress Management
“Let’s Chill” focuses on helping our children manage stressful situations and on building the emotional intelligence skill of “self-regulation”. When our children have strategies and tools to manage stress, they are able to nurture and strengthen their emotional health. By practicing a variety of self-care techniques at a young age, your children will develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Our EQ Crew Members Mindful Miles and Sunny Sydney join the “Let’s Chill” box to remind children about the importance of self-love, positive self-talk, and the benefits of mindful coloring and breathing.
