Counselor/Educator Bundle (Mini)

ParentingEQ’s Mini Bundle (ages 4-7) is the ideal collection of games and activities to build children’s emotional intelligence!  Designed to be engaging and fun, ParentingEQ’s custom bundle strengthens rapport with your students or clients while increasing essential life skills such as emotional awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and more. Use one-on-one, with small groups, or even with a classroom.

• Feelings Bingo - Bingo with a twist! Through reflection and discussion, children learn how to identify and manage their feelings. 

• Self-Care Memory Game -  Opens discussion about the three areas of self-care (mind, body and heart) and the importance of stress management.  

• EQ Moon Balance - Reduces negative self-talk while exploring the concept of grit and growth-mindset. 

• Carry My Backpack -Using a variety of real world scenarios, Carry My Backpack helps children build empathy and understanding. 

• Friendship Crew Mini Board Game - A cooperative game that teaches communication, collaboration, and social skills.

• Feeling Puppets - Can be used in role-plays, daily check-ins, or in any discussion related to emotions.

EQ Crew Group Curriculum (Mini)

The EQ Crew Group Curriculum Mini (ages 4-7) is a 6 week group curriculum designed to be used with the Counselor/Educator bundles. Throughout the course of the group, students will work on the 5 core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. In addition to games and activities, every session includes a feeling check-in and breathing exercises to reinforce healthy habits that promote emotional wellbeing.

EQ Crew Mini Includes: 

• Digital copy of the curriculum with detailed instructions and leader notes.

• Digital pre/post tests for students and teacher to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the materials.

• 5 hard copies of mindfulness activities which are shipped immediately after the curriculum is purchased.

• Mind Power Tower Game - Reduces negative self-talk while exploring the concept of grit, growth-mindset, and motivation. 

• In a Jam - Practice problem solving strategies while engaging in meaningful discussion about how to de-escalate conflicts. 

• Friendship Crew Junior Board Game - Teaches effective communication and social skills. 

• Mindful Chime - A great tool to introduce the concept of mindfulness. Can be used to help guide breathing or bring student’s/client’s attention back to the discussion.
